Milky Way Color Blast: Color War

The results are in! Austin James, 9, Josie Schenherr, 11, Bradyn Rivers, 11, and Samantha Tuter, 12, have the most spirit in their respective grades, each winning the Best Dressed competition.This is what they had to say when asked about why they chose to dress up the way they did. 

“I really felt like being a full supporter of my team,” James said, dressed in bright pink from head-to-toe.

Schenherr sported milk white contact lenses and a bright white wig.

“I already do this for conventions, so I just threw something together,” Schenherr said.

Rivers decided to go more laid-back, centering his outfit around a more ‘tropical’ theme.

“White is really easy to find,” Rivers added. 

Tuter came to school decked out in black, from her hat to her shoes.

“I’ve been waiting four years to wear all black,” Tuter said, laughing.
