Over this past week the U.S. has faced a wide variety of weather, from snowstorms to heat waves.These extreme patterns have brought issues to all parts of the country. In particular, the Midwest is experiencing extreme heat, in some cases causing school practices to be canceled and outside events to be dangerous. On the opposite end, the West Coast is struggling with early snow storms.
With summer getting hotter and winter getting earlier, these switch in weather patterns proves dangerous for the U.S. Most cities aren’t prepared to deal with these extreme changes occurring rapidly. Climate change is not slowing down, so it’s important to be mindful of carbon emissions nationwide.
