Dance the Night Away

Last Friday, Sept. 27th, students gathered after the homecoming game to dance and party in the lower gym. The theme this year, Broncos in Paradise, showed in the playful decorations that covered the gym. With a photobooth, snacks, and a DJ, students were able to come and enjoy a fun-filled night of activities. 

Homecoming is an opportunity for students to come together with their friends,whether it’s getting ready, taking pictures, or going on the dance floor.“I love homecoming because I love seeing everyone interact with one another. Getting dressed up and taking pictures with  friends is so fun,”Halana Charity, 11, said.

Hi, I’m Quorynn! This is my second year in SPUB and I am a copy editor. This means that I edit the stories for the yearbook and online publications. The community within SPUB is a place where I truly am free to express myself through writing. The thing I am most excited about in SPUB is being able to write about things I care about. Journalism has so many purposes, it allows you to express yourself, but can also convey opinions and topics that matter to others. Besides SPUB, I am the Junior class Co-President for StuCo, a Thespian, a member of Madrigals, and I love to read, draw, and sing in my free time.
