On Thursday, Apr. 17, students went to Highland Community College and participated in events including sidewalk chalk, clay sculpture, making pet rocks, self portrait, and many others. This is the most highly anticipated show for the art department.
“I liked all the different activities that Highland had. The competitions allowed the students who didn’t bring anything to enter into the competition to still win something at the end of the day,” Mackenzie Ingle, 12, said.
Several students and teachers will travel again this upcoming month to the league competition.
