After being confirmed as a terrorist organization in February, the Sinaloa drug cartel has been pursued by the Drug Enforcement Administration for months. Although it’s known as “ruthless” and “dangerous,” the D.E.A. has successfully arrested over 600 people involved with the cartel.
Threats from cartels are more persistent than the general public might assume. Although the D.E.A. handles most issues confidently, cartels can be still prove to be a safety hazard to all ages and groups.
