This Saturday, the Varsity Volleyball team will hit the court for an exciting tournament against Blue Valley Southwest, Lansing, Olathe East, Piper, and Raymore-Peculiar. Langly Krings, 9, shares their volleyball experience from this past month, as well as some insight on how the team is preparing for this upcoming event. “It’s strange playing with people who aren’t my age, but it’s helpful because I can look up to them during practice,” said Krings. “We’re preparing for this weekend by watching a lot of films and working on stuff that we’re not doing great at.”

Macey Chaulk, Lead Copy Editor & Senior Ads Manager
Hiiii! I’m Macey Chaulk. I am a senior this year, which means I have been in SPUB for 3 years now. I am a senior ads manager with Kayley and the lead copy editor. This year, I am so excited to be on the design team and create a memorable yearbook for students and staff. Outside of SPUB, I am the Concert Master of the Chamber Orchestra, involved in ZRW, play soccer, work at Starbucks, and am an NHS co-president. I am beyond grateful to have such a great yearbook staff, and I’m hopeful for what this year has in store for us :)
