Chiefs win the Super Bowl
The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl LIV against the San Francisco 49ers. The Chiefs had been trailing the 49ers by 10 points up until the fourth quarter. Then during the final quarter the Chiefs buzzed past the 49ers to take the lead with an winning score of 31-20.
It’s been fifty years since the Chiefs had last appeared in the Super Bowl, and won. The win has brought out a new sense of pride within Kansas City, and it’s surrounding area. Fireworks were shot up the moment the game was over, with everyone celebrating the news of this accomplishment. A victory parade and rally is set to be held Feb. 5.
