Elon Musk, the new Twitter owner, has emailed the twitter employees and has told them that there will be difficult times ahead. He has also warned them about his expectation for hours and says that they will probably have to work at least 40 hours a week. Musk has already made new changes, and has implemented a subscription service for $7.99 a month that will allow the paid members to have a verified mark. He is also downsizing a lot of the company and masses of people will be let go.

With a sudden change of management, the Twitter employees will have to get used to all the upcoming adjustments that Musk is going to enact. A lot of employees are quitting due to the harsh management Musk is implicating. Racial slurs have also increased since Musk took over Twitter. The user may expect lots of changes to the website and Musk may take Twitter in a whole different direction than what was previously known.
