On Nov. 15, pre-registered fans anxiously waited for their turn to buy tickets. During the presale alone, fans made the site crash multiple times. People waited hours just to lose their spot in line due to the site crashing, seats selling out too fast, or their checkout being declined. Parents were heartbroken to disappoint their kids because of the technical issues on the site.

Since Nov. 1, when Taylor Swift announced the dates for her Eras Tour, fans have been anxiously waiting for tickets to go on sale following the drop of her newest album “Midnights”. The Eras Tour has piqued the interest of old and new fans since this tour will include the entirety of her discography.
