While Ukraine is at war, many areas are without power. A high-rise apartment has put many in risk of not being able to escape if something is to occur. In the past 24-hours, the 26-story building has only had power for 30 minutes. The technical problems are arising mainly in this building, but 40% of the Ukraine population is struggling with them.

The height of the building makes it even more of a target for Russian Missiles. Some families are leaving the building to seek shelter elsewhere, but with winter coming it will only bring more struggles ahead of them.
