During a nighttime training exercise in Kentucky, two Army Black Hawk helicopters crashed resulting in the death of nine people. During a routine training mission the night prior, more deaths occurred. Helicopters fly above one another during training exercises, but in this case they got too close. Last month, the death of two pilots occurred when their Black Hawk helicopter crashed in Alabama.

Support is being sent to the families of those who lost their lives. There was a moment of silence in Kentucky State Thursday morning to honor the victims and bring everyone together.
