After a shooting in Alabama at a sweet 16 birthday party that killed four young people, two teenagers were arrested and charged. Alexis Dowdell’s birthday ended with her brother dying in her arms. Another 32 people were injured and four more are in critical condition.

The birthday party was held at a dance studio just outside of the town square. The perpetrators of the crime, Reik Mcullough, 17, and Travis McCullough, 16, will be tried as adults per the law in Alabama. The Alabama police department ensured that all victims, even those who survived, will be served justice.
