On the morning of Oct. 15 students from the high school traveled to Meadowlark to perform at the district breakfast. Paige Jackson, 11, sang both for the Madrigals and the theater department. Overall, they enjoyed performing and gained insight about different grants available to them.
The different showcases consisted of songs by the Madrigals, Beauty and the Beast cast, Dazzlers, cheerleaders, and others. Students from three different schools gathered to perform.
“My favorite moment was being able to see all the different performers and how they were doing,” Jackson said.
The students were able to show the excellence of the high school in both music and production.
