Winter Homecoming Candidates Announced

Homecoming posters are hung up around the school with information about the dance.

On Monday, Jan. 26 voting for the homecoming court nominations opened, and on Wednesday, Jan. 28 the finalists were announced between first and second hour. The candidates for homecoming king are: Zachary Anderson, Dylan Estes, Danny Heinen, Hayden Huddleston, and Hank Kotchavar. The candidates for homecoming queen are: Addison Clooney, Morgan Hinton, Lilly Hunt, Olivia Fraley, and Aubrey Meder.

Students experienced disappointment, excitement, and surprise while listening to the names being announced. “I didn’t even vote, but I was very shocked and stunned,” Anderson, 12, said.
