NSA informs Microsoft of System flaw

On Tuesday, January 14, the National Security Agency informed Microsoft of Windows operating system flaw, this is an unprecedented action for the NSA. Windows is one of the most commonly used programs throughout the government, and in businesses today. This flaw in the Windows 10 opened it up to major potential security breaches.

The National Security Agency is a federal governmental agency that is supposed to aid in protecting the nation and finding threats, as the world has developed it has focused on more cyber-terror issues as well. Over the past few years their image had been damaged as they utilized hacking tools to maintain access to certain networks, but this shows a change in direction they’re taking to put security first.
