Manipulator, Manipulation, Manipulate. Words we all use when we want to dig at someone when we want to sound like we are in the right and persuade others to believe us. Sometimes the word is used in the correct context, but others it is used in completely unjustified ways. I think the word itself should be thrown around less, much like other words. Like controlling, They all fall under the same category and they are all thrown around carelessly. I feel that there are times when people can be manipulating and not realizing they are doing so. Sometimes their point of view does not show them that maybe their opinion is wrong. This can be used for both sides of an argument. I think manipulation is a key thing to study when it comes to getting to the bottom of most disagreements, someone is doing it in an argument even if they do not know they are doing so. My point is that we really should understand the meaning of a word before carelessly using it.
