Kansas City is currently experiencing a cold front like the one illiustrated above. This cold front could include potentially dangerous storms. (KH1604)

Kansas City and the rest of the Metro have experienced quite a warm spring, but over the next couple days, temperatures are projected to drop, turning a warm spring cold. Daily temperatures are expected to drop from 65° all the way down to 35°. Wind chills during the night are expected to reach a low of 25°.

These freezing temperatures can cause plants that have started to bud, to refreeze and die. Potentially dangerous storms are crossing the midwest over the next few days due to multiple fronts coming through. The chances of aches, pains, and allergies are all inflated due to the changing pressures. However, the cold front is expected to be gone by Sunday April 7th and temperatures are expected to return to normal.

Madi Brown, Staff Writer
Hey guys! I’m Madi Brown, I'm a sophomore and this is my first year in SPUB! I have previous experience in journalism and photography and I am so excited to share stories about what’s going on in the world, but more specifically our school. Journalism is an interest in my life that I don’t share with a lot of my friends and I love how it is just my own little thing. When I'm not in my room doing homework or at practice you will more than likely find me reading a book, drinking coffee, or hanging out with my friends.
