Danny Heinen, Yearbook Editor-in-Chief
Hey guys! I’m Danny Heinen, and I’m the Yearbook Editor in Chief for the 2025-2026 yearbook! This means you won’t see too much of my writing on the website, but make sure to order the yearbook this year!!! This is my third year in SPUB, and I’m really excited to build a memorable and enjoyable yearbook, as well as writing some small things for the website. Journalism matters to the world as it gives us a gateway into cultures, experiences, and people we otherwise would not be exposed to. Journalism matters to me in particular as it has forced me to be a more team-oriented and driven person. Outside of SPUB, I spend my time making art, designing, and cooking! Hope to make this year a successful one!!
